A unique movement and exercise studio offering premium care. You can train within the GYROTONIC� and Pilates methods at the Carlton studio. The Movement Refinery offers a boutique environment for the client who wants to look after their body, work out the right way and not be stuck in a room of twenty or thirty people thumping their way blindly through a class. You will always be treated as an individual no matter which method or tuition style you choose. Why are we different? The studio is relaxed and provides a supportive atmosphere so that each client has the freedom to learn about his or her own body. In this way, we see great progress in a proactive journey. Clients get stronger not only in body, but in the connection between their body and mind. This is vital to improving ones weaknesses and balancing them with existing strengths. To retain a tranquil atmosphere, there is only ever one instructor working at one time in each method. In this way the studio avoids the �gym feel� of a larger studio where there can be up to four classes running at any one time. The Pilates studio offers 1:1 and 1:4 sessions and offers 2 Reformers (one half-trapeze table, one with a fully adjustable infinity footbar), 2 exochairs (modern Wunda-Chairs with slastix for additional arm and leg work), a Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Step barrel, baby arc and foam arc in addition to all 'toys' and props. All instructors hold at least two qualifications which allow them o specialize in different areas. This way you get more than Pilates or GYROTONIC� but a wealth of relevant education to assist in the pursuit of your goals. We are unique. You are unique.
