 The Booty Barre® Method is a high-energy group exercise class that fuses fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance, and Yoga combined with fluid athletic intervals. The method incorporates a well-balanced fusion of isometric movements that are counter balanced with full range of motion choreography, creating a program that translates into functional strength and a beautiful physique! Our 18-hour teacher-training program is completely pre-choreographed into specific segments that are interchangeable with continuing education that takes the guesswork out of teaching. Booty Barre® was created by celebrity trainer Tracey Mallett who has over 20 years in the fitness and Pilates industries.
