Description:
PowerNouse Pilates has moved to a fabulous new warehouse offering many new Pilates services. Come celebrate with us by joining our RELOCATION OPEN DAY - FREE CLASSES ALL DAY. Saturday 14th August 2010 8am-2pm.
There will be 30 minute free Mat, Reformer, Exo-Chair and Yoga classes. 20 minute private sessions in the Pilates Studio, Power Plate and GYROTONIC. Plus short talks on Pilates, Womens Health, Naturopathy.
15 minute assessments with Naturopaths, Osteopath, Reiki Practitioners and Beauticians.
